Welcome to Taskject – a lightweight task and project management tool designed for small teams. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including any related services and features (collectively, the "Service"). By using TaskJect, you agree to these Terms.

By creating an account or using TaskJect, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use TaskJect.
• One account per email address is permitted.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may request account deletion at any time. Once implemented, deletion will be immediate and irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be permanently removed.

We collect and process the following data:

• Personal details: name, surname, email, date of birth, Telegram username.
• Workspace data: projects, tasks, team composition, notes, and to-do lists.
• Analytics: basic usage data via Google Analytics.
• Integrations: Telegram, Gumroad, Paddle.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

• TaskJect offers Free and Paid plans: Basic, Pro, Expert, Individual.
• Discounts apply for annual subscriptions.
• All payments are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

All rights, titles, and interests in TaskJect, including its source code, design, branding, and trademarks, are owned by ByteBusters Team.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute our software or content.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

You agree Not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities.
• Upload or distribute malware or harmful code.
• Use bots or automated scripts to overload or exploit the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior,
• Compromise the security or stability of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Bytebusters Team shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages,
• Service outages or technical failures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. For EU users, TaskJect complies with applicable GDPR requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
