Platform Rights All functionality, software, design elements, logos, trademarks, and other content of the Platform (excluding user-generated content) are the property of the Platform owner or are used on lawful grounds. Such materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Users do not acquire any proprietary rights to these intellectual property objects.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any elements of the Platform or its source code without our prior written consent.

By using the Service, you entrust us with certain personal data (such as your name, email address, personal information, and content). We take the protection of user privacy seriously. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. The administration makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, or its suitability for any particular purpose or user expectations.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or harm to honor, dignity, or business reputation arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service.

In particular, we are not liable for:

1. any consequences of decisions or actions taken by you based on information obtained through the Platform;
2. service interruptions or unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events);
3. unauthorized access to your account or data resulting from your failure to comply with security measures.

You agree that the total aggregate liability of the Platform owner for any claims arising out of or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service (if any), or zero (0) Ukrainian hryvnias / euros / U.S. dollars if the Service was provided free of charge.

User Liability and Indemnification You are solely responsible for your actions on the Platform and for compliance with these Terms. In the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law, you agree to compensate us for any losses incurred as a result of such breach, including legal costs, if applicable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform owner and its representatives from any third-party claims arising out of your content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or the rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms or upon a lawful request. In the event of a minor violation, we may, at our discretion, issue a warning and request that the violation be remedied. However, serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or deletion without prior notice.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account through the available interface or by contacting support.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions) shall remain in effect after account deactivation or termination of access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any matters not expressly regulated by these Terms shall be governed by applicable Ukrainian law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or invalid by a court decision, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Any disputes or disagreements arising between you and the Platform owner in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to resolution in accordance with Ukrainian law by a competent court at the location of the Platform owner, unless otherwise required by law.
